Dreams |
It is a fact that we all dream. Some people say they don’t dream but studies have shown that everyone dreams, some people just may not remember. There are many different theories on dreaming but most would agree that we dream during the REM, or rapid eye movement, phase of our sleep time. During this period of sleep, our closed eyes can rapidly move and this seems to be when we have our most vivid dreams, and our muscles seem to suffer a temporary paralysis. |

For people who recall their dreams easily, dreaming can be a fun and exciting part of sleep time. There are no boundaries with our dreams, we can be whoever or whatever we want to be. It is a time when we can use our imaginations and can even be a way of understanding our human minds. We may be introduced to different aspects of life that we may never have thought of during our wake time and hopefully will help us to grow and evolve. Dream interpretation is something that we all can do by using our intuition. We are the best interpreters of our dreams and we should embrace this, have fun with it and not take it too seriously. A restful night sleep can give you better access to your dreams. If you have trouble remembering your dreams it may help to drink water before bed. It is always a good idea to keep a journal beside your bed so that as soon as you wake up you can write down your dreams before you forget. Try to recall the emotions and feelings you may have experienced during particular dreams and write them down alongside the dreams. You may dream that you have given birth which may mean that you are giving birth to a new beginning in your life or a new idea. Before you know it you will be interpreting your own dreams.
